Mike is a senior partner with more than 30 years of legal experience. He received the highest grades in his class for 10% of his entire law school curriculum. While in law school, he was permitted to try a felony burglary jury trial, and argued an attempted murder case before the Louisiana Supreme Court. After graduation, Mike passed the Texas bar exam and began practicing in Midland, Texas, where he was added to the firm name after only four months. Mr. Lockwood was later admitted to the Western District of the United States District Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mike is rated as an AV preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.

Tony has several years of experience in business, litigation and construction law.

He represents several small to medium size businesses, general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, and project owners in both litigation and with their general day-to-day legal issues.

Leslie’s practice is dedicated exclusively to family law. Prior to becoming a partner at Kiester, Lockwood, Ciccone & Bollier, L.L.P., Leslie practiced at the Law Office of Becky Beaver in Austin, Texas. Leslie was selected by the publishers of Texas Monthly magazine as a Texas Super Lawyers—Rising Star.  Only 2.5% of lawyers in Texas have received this recognition.

Stephanie Matherne

Stephanie graduated from UT Law in May of 2014 with honors, and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in November, 2014. She is a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the Family Law Section of the Austin Bar Association, and is an active volunteer with the Rice Young Alumni Association and Rice University Alumni Volunteers for Admission.
